The affiliate membership can be terminated at any time and the amount of effort an affiliate chooses to invest in marketing the programme to its members is entirely up to itself.

FAQS

An “Association” for the purposes of our affiliate programme can be any parent body or organization which has member clubs or organizations, although sports associations would be the most obvious.
A hypothetical example could be “The Northern Netball Association” with member clubs “Flames”, “Pirates”, “Rebels” etc.
Another could be an organization which oversees a group of private schools of a particular religious denomination.

An “Association Member” is a club or organization which is a member of an Affiliate Association.  In the definition of an “Association” shown above, the Flames Netball Club would be an Association Member.  However the definition can also include any individual person who belongs to an Association Member and wishes to purchase products for their own use.  For example, a player in a  Flames Netball Club team may wish to purchase customised polo shirts to celebrate a family reunion.

As all our products are produced to order, the sale process can take anywhere from a week in the case of stock products or four to five weeks in the case of custom designed products.  In the majority of these cases we take a deposit to commence production, with the balance payable at delivery.

For affiliate programme commission payment purposes, a “Sale” is deemed to have been made on the date we receive the final amount owing.

Affiliate programme commission is calculated as 10% of the total sale price invoiced to the affiliate association member before GST.  Freight is not included in the calculation.

Affiliate programme commission is paid in cash to the affiliate member’s nominated bank account. We will also raise an invoice for the affiliate’s use and add GST to the total.  

Affiliate programme commission is payable at the end of the month in which the sale takes place.  There is no minimum balance requirement before a payment can be made.  You get the full amount owing each month.

Definitely not.  We do not load up our prices to cover the cost of commissions.  Commissions are paid out of any profit we make on a sale.
